Exhausted? maybe, but I think they were more sympathic to the Russians genuine concern and paranoia of their neighboring countries. No one lost more people than Russia. Do you really think the allies would have invaded Russia? come one, it dind8#&217;t work out to well for Napoleon or what’s his name? ah Hitler. Did it? The Russians could have defeated Germany all by their lonesome. And in fact they did. Or more accurately the Russian winter.
